Yes! Contact your insurance company about getting an RV binder for the dates you plan to rent one of our RVs. We will need a copy of this binder emailed to us before the pickup date.

Yes! Roadside assistance information will be provided to you on the day of pickup.

Yes, we do offer discounts for 7 day rentals and for 30 day rentals. Our rates change month to month, but we will provide you with the normal rate as well as the discounted rate for that time period. Just send us an email for a quote!

We will be publishing how-to videos for all components in the RVs. For anything not covered, we are also available 24/7 to walk you through any issues you may run into during your trip. We can help diagnose and fix 90% of any issues over the phone and rarely do we need the help of roadside assistance.

Nope! No experience needed, although it does help. Either way, we will walk you through every aspect of operating the RV and its components on the day of pickup. We will be there to answer any questions from the time you book the RV to the time you return the RV.

The 2008 Georgetown is 3' longer, has 1.5 bathrooms and a slightly different interior layout as well as a different exterior paint job. Besides those things, they are both very similar.

We offer a free refund on your booking if you cancel within 24 hours of booking your trip. We offer a 50% return if cancelled more than or equal to 14 days of the start of your trip. If 14 days or less until the start of your trip, then there will be no refund.

Damage happens sometimes. Cost to repair damage is either taken from the security deposit of $1500 if the damage is $1500 or less. If more than $1500, then an insurance claim will be opened with the insurance on file.

The following are possible fees: -Mileage: 100 miles included per day of rental. $0.45/mile incurred for overage. -Generator Hours: 4 hours of generator usage included per day of rental. $5 per hour incurred for overage. -Dump Waste Tanks: If waste tanks are returned empty, then no charge. Otherwise, a $100 waste tank dump fee will be incurred. -Cleaning fees: $50 minimum cleaning fee is incurred if RV is returned in clean condition to cover the sanitizing of RV interior as well as laundry. $150 fee is incurred if standard cleaning is needed to return RV to its level of cleanliness prior to start of rental. $300 cleaning fee is incurred if RV is returned in extremely dirty condition or if there is an excess of dog hair in RV interior or there is a pet stain left anywhere in RV. -Damage fees: If damage occurs to RV, cost of repair fee will be incurred.

Absolutely not. We have a strict no smoking policy. If any smoke odor or evidence of smoking is found, full security deposit will be lost! This includes if you smoke outside the RV but the smoke travels into the RV.

Both RV's get the same mpg. If traveling 55-60mph, you can expect around 7-8mpg. If traveling 65-70mph, you can expect 6-7mpg. Traveling more than 75mph will result in 5mpg or less. Additionally, we do not allow driving in excess of 75mph and highly reccomend keeping it below 70mph for safety reasons.
